Aleksanda is a UI/UX designer and mentor at Eleken with over 4 years of experience. Aleksandra has a background in philology and studied design as a second education. Before joining Eleken Aleksandra worked with some startups to master the skills. The first ever client said that she was the best product designer he has worked with - a nice start of the career.

Since then she has had over 4 projects and 2 brilliant mentees. Aleksandra's approach lies in the middle ground of the product's business goals, clear and open communication with the team, and covering users' needs in the most straightforward and clean way.
