Maksym Chervynskyi

Maksym Chervynskyi is the Lead UX/product designer at Eleken design agency specializing in SaaS products. With over 8 years of experience in UI/UX and graphic design, Maksym has become a key figure in creating intuitive digital experiences for complex systems.

Maksym's unique educational background sets him apart in the field of UX design. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture, where he studied architectural design, landscape design, and energy-efficient design. This foundation in physical space design is complemented by his Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence Systems, from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'.

Since joining Eleken in 2018, Maksym's career has seen rapid growth. Within just two years, he progressed from UI/UX designer to senior user experience designer, and then to his current role as lead user experience designer. In this position, Maksym leads a team of UX designers, participates in hiring and evaluation processes, mentors junior designers, and shares his extensive knowledge with the entire team.

Maksym's expertise spans the entire design process, from competitor analysis and user flow creation to wireframing and developing visual solutions. He excels in creating UI kits and guidelines for developers, ensuring seamless implementation of designs. His additional skills in motion design, prototyping, and illustration allow him to create comprehensive and engaging user experiences.

Maksym's data-driven approach to design is evident in his use of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, and SimilarWeb. This analytical mindset enables him to create designs that not only look great but also perform well and meet user needs.

Throughout his career, Maksym has worked on numerous B2B desktop and mobile applications, including complex analytical and management services, data management platforms, marketing services, and admin control centers for multi-product platforms.
